Twelve years taking B2B businesses from zero to profitable.

I lead commercial and growth for electric mobility companies in India — enterprise sales, market entry, pricing and P&L. I have twice joined a company before it had a business, and been the person who has to sell the thing, staff it, and make it pay for itself.

{{ leafIcon14 }} How I operate

Launch it, staff it, and make it pay for itself.

I have joined two companies before they had a business and helped build one anyway. That means hiring the first team, writing the operating processes, signing the first enterprise contracts and then owning whether the numbers work.

I am most useful where there is no playbook yet — a new city, a new segment, a pilot that has to become a contract. I turn ambiguity into a repeatable commercial motion, then hand it to a team that can run it without me.

Vivek Veluri

Business development leader in electric mobility

By day I lead business development for electric mobility companies in India. I was on the founding team at Moeving, launched Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai from zero, and carried a ₹5–6 Cr P&L. Before that I spent five years at Lithium, growing with it from no fleet at all to five cities and roughly a thousand vehicles.

Away from the day job I am a heavy AI user, and building with it is a hobby rather than a business. Most of what I make points back at the industry I work in — fleet technology and telematics, AI tools for logistics operators, and dashboards that turn operating data into decisions a manager can actually act on. Building the thing is how I understand the problem properly.

When none of that is happening I am usually travelling, hunting down music I have not heard before, volunteering for animals, or farming.
