What is your fleet actually emitting?
Put in your vehicles and how far they run. This works out the diesel your fleet burns in a year, the CO₂ that produces, and what electrifying part of it would genuinely save — counting the emissions from charging, not pretending they are zero.
Your fleet
Add a row for each type of vehicle you run. Mileage and energy figures come from the vehicle type and can be changed in the assumptions below.
What that looks like
The same number, in things that are easier to picture. These are illustrative conversions, not engineering estimates.
Now electrify some of it
Drag to choose how much of the fleet converts. Vehicles are converted from the largest emitters down — that is the order that saves the most CO₂ per vehicle replaced.
Assumptions — all of these are editable
Every number this tool uses is here, with where it comes from. Fleet operators will disagree with some of them, and they should — change them and everything above updates.

The number is the easy part.
Working out which vehicles to convert first, what it does to your cost per kilometre, and whether the charging works around your duty cycle — that is the actual project. I have spent twelve years on the commercial side of exactly this.
